The Village Hall is setting up a Numbers Club . The Numbers Club is a limited-ticket lottery. You pay a small fee either quarterly or annually (by standing order) to be entered into the draw. When you join the club you are allocated your personal numbered ticket. The membership is limited to 150, so you can work out the odds of winning!
