Hire the Hall for an Event, Meeting or Function
We offer some of the most reasonable hire rates around. Please see our rate card for details.

1. Firstly, review the calendar page to find out if the hall is available to hire on your chosen date(s).

2. Carefully read our Terms and Conditions which set out your responsibilities and liabilities regarding hire.

3. Note the rate card.
4. Optionally, take a look at our FAQ's which may cover any questions you have.
5. If the Hall is available and you have read our T&Cs, please get in touch with us using the Make a Booking button below.

6. Our Bookings Officer will confirm your hire (normally via email, with an attached invoice). Payment in full will be required within 14 days to secure your booking.
7. Payment can be made online via BACs (details of which are on the invoice). If this is not possible, please contact the Treasurer.

Our charges include use of all areas, including the main hall, fully equipped large kitchen, separate bar area and large car park. There is no extra charge for heating, lighting, seating or use of crockery and cutlery.
